Evaluate

Every item that comes to us for sharpening gets examined to determine the material it is made from, the purpose it is designed for, and any signs of excessive wear or damage.

Repair

All edge damage and improper geometry is addressed so the sharpening process can be done on a well-established foundation.

Sharpening

Stay Sharp OK uses some of the most advanced machines and materials in the sharpening industry. From water-cooled diamond abrasives to precision fixturing that insures the minimal amount of material is removed down to the ten-thousandth of an inch, we believe is using the best tools so we can deliver best results.

Finishing

Depending on their use, different items require deburring, polishing, or surface conditioning. Additional polishing services may be available upon request.

Final Touches

Lastly, items are cleaned, oiled, balanced, and tensioned so they are ready to excel at their intended tasks and be a joy to us.
